Knowing how to lose 10 pounds in a few short weeks during TV commercials will be one of the best investments in your time and health. Just follow this simple advice and you'll lose weight, not have to go to a gym, and still get to watch TV... without having to change any part of your busy schedule.
1. Understand that each 1 hour TV show has about 22 minutes of commercials. Instead of sitting around or lying around and doing nothing, this is when you'll do 2 minute metabolism mini-workouts.
2. Pick an exercise such as jumping on a mini-trampoline ($25 at Wal-Mart). This would be perfect. Jumping on a mini-trampoline is more intense than you'd think.
3. During every commercial, just get up off the couch and start jumping on it. You don't need to jump high on it, just an inch will be perfect. I sway my feet left to right with my toes staying in 1 place and my heels doing the moving.
4. Do these 2 minute mini-workouts at least 20 minutes a day... but because they're only 2 minutes each, your energy will remain high and you won't get so tired. So ideally, I'd hope for you to do a total of 44-66 minutes of these (during 2-3 hours of TV programs).
Your metabolism would get a huge jolt and speed up due to all these little mini-workouts spiking up your metabolism. Within a week or less, your body will adjust and think the faster speed for burning calories is just normal and stay there... allowing for more calories to be burned.
That's how to lose 10 pounds without changing anything significant in your diet or schedule. Why more people don't do mini-workouts like this, I honestly don't know! I guess it'll be our little "how to lose 10 pounds" secret program. Shhhhh!
